July 2014 Meeting

July 11th, 2014

8:30 am – 4:00 pm

The University of Texas at Tyler

This summer we experimented with a new, more interactive meeting format. Three brief consecutive presentations in the morning were followed by simultaneous interactive break-out sessions in the afternoon. The goal was to facilitate in-depth discussion and lasting collaboration. The afternoon sessions were hands-on so participants were asked to bring a laptop with access to Microsoft Excel and to be prepared to share and discuss projects they were working on or thinking about at their institution in the realm of qualitative data, space use, or planning assessment.
