LibQUAL+ Lite at the University of North Texas

I noticed a link to Diane Wahl’s presentation in the latest edition of the LibQUAL+ Update. In her final slide she provides reasons why the perception scores (a comparison of LibQUAL+ “perceived scores,” 2005-2008) seem not to change. She identified four reasons: (1) Poor marketing, (2) Don’t address issues most important to library users, (3) Affect a subgroup not large enough to impact the overall score, and (4) Changes in perception may be reflected subtlely.
