Considering a cost-benefit analysis?

Have you noticed this book, “Measuring Your Library’s Value: How to Do a Cost-Benefit Analysis f… listed among the resources below?” If not, you might visit the ALA companion site and click on the link to the study published electronically December 2005 on OCLC’s WebJunction. Especially useful, Appendix C( the survey). Actually, there’s quite a lot of information that I find applicable to assessment in academic health sciences libraries.
